Reliable and Professional – Highly Recommend! We just bought a new unit and had a significant problem with one of the locks. I called Northern Suburbs Locksmiths and spoke with Joe a couple of days before the job. He arrived on time.  He gave me a quote upfront, and even though the lock turned out to be a bit stubborn (he spent an extra 40 minutes sorting it out)  he would not charge a cent more, despite my insistence. I was locked out of my house in Killara and called Northern Suburbs Locksmiths. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened the door in less than 30 seconds — very impressive! I don’t speak English very well, so I was a bit nervous, but he was very kind and patient. The price was reasonable and the whole process was smooth. Absolutely amazing service, efficient, friendly, professional with fair and reasonable pricing. I had a situation that required immediate access due to lost specialist key access. They arrived within the hour, surveyed the problem, obtained other specialised assistance, and had the issue resolved shortly thereafter. Called to make an inquiry about emergency car locksmith services.  Nothern Suburbs Locksmiths weren’t able to assist but were incredibly friendly and immediately provided the contact details of four other companies which may be able to assist. :)
